Yes of course! If you are completely new to any of the services, you have the perfect opportunity to learn and develop some life changing new skills. Whether you come to us with years of health knowledge or a complete lack, we’re willing to help work with you through whatever you’re facing!
There are a range of locations in which we’re available depending on the type of service you wish to endeavour. Sessions can be held in your own home, in an outside recreation location or at one of our third-party clinical sites (extra fees may apply).
A minimum safe zone of 8ft in width, length and height is required, risk assessment will need to be done prior to any active services taking place and may only take place if no considerable risks are found.
There is no required or necessary equipment required, however you are welcome to utilise any home equipment if you wish.
A yoga mat is advised for your personal comfort for the majority of our services.
We have multiple options for payments, we accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe and PayPal if you wish to book online.
You can also pay via cash or card on the day.
If you wish to pay directly via BACS, please send us an email.
Unfortunately we do not currently have an installment option available just yet, although it will be available soon in the coming future.
Yes. We have a range of online and non-local services for you to choose from.
We offer all of our coaching and consultation services via phone call at a reduced price and you can also find both Online Programs and MP3 Meditation’s in our Store.

We are happy to work alongside any other holistic or medical partner to help facilitate your health improvement, or we can work with you individually
If you are able to get in contact with us within 24 hours prior to the session, we can cancel for you and return any payments that have been made. Failure to be in touch within 24 hours prior will lead to session charges remaining and no refund being given. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes but we trust you will respect such policy.
