Personal Fitness Coaching

As a Personal Trainer, I cannot deny the fact that physical activity and exercise are absolutely vital for a healthy life. We’re simply made to move; to dance, run and play. Strangely however, some of us seem to forget this. We spend long hours sat at a desk, we sit in our vehicles as we commute and we spend a lot of idol time sat with our phones or in front of the television – only to end up confused why we’re experiencing bad posture, shoulder or lower back pain, fatigue and what we could even call a mild depression.

It’s hyper important that we take care of the body correctly, but how do we do that exactly? There’s definitely no shortage of different ‘magic’ workout programs to be found in magazines and health blogs to make finding out the answer extremely time consuming.

Of course there is no ‘right way’. If you want to train for muscle growth, you do one thing; for weight loss another, and further again, different principles and practices serve greater purpose if your focus is strength, agility, endurance, balance or posture etc.

My approach is one of great integrity and versatility. A method that can be used and adapted with anyone to bring a complete training protocol which harmoniously incorporates all aspects of physical well-being such as strength, weight loss/gain, muscularity, posture, balance flexibility, breathing, joint health, endurance, athleticism and overall physical wellness. In short; I’ve studied the fine details so you don’t have to!

What does this mean for you? It means that your physical progress from your training sessions carry out into your day-to-day life. Daily physical tasks become easier, you feel energised more so than you would exhausted and you will be training in a manner that promotes psychological and emotional benefits so you’ll likely notice other health improvements that were never apparent from exercise before.
